Try this tip to have a clear intention for
your heroic journey.
1. You are called to changing something in your life, but you
are: Stressed
You don’t know exactly what you want
to do, but you are: Afraid
2. Find a quiet comfortable space in your home or in nature.
Sit straight and comfortable
3. To quiet the mind:
- Use the breath: to begin take 3 deep cleansing breaths
- As the mind wanders, just gently bring your attention
back to the breath
4. Breathe into the heart - all the way into it – the front
, the sides, the back of
the heart
5. Ask yourself these questions:
- Who am I?
- Today who am I?
- What do I want?
6. This process will only take you a few minutes each day –
do it for at least 7
days consecutively. By the fourth day you will begin
to work thru resistance
To access the answers closest to your heart .
7. Write your answers in a journal or notebook to record your thoughts
from day
to day. There is something very powerful about getting
your thoughts from
your mind and creating them in form on paper.
8. I have asked you to do the process for 7 days consecutively
and you will start
to see results. But if you can continue doing it for
28 days to a month, you
will begin to see almost miraculous shifts in your
life.
